  • Bring existing drawings or performance matrices when possible so we can check thermal bridging and fire resistance rating conflicts early
  • Mockup reviews can be scheduled at partner fabricator yards when dimensional stability samples are ready
  • NDA available before sharing proprietary campus plans or security-sensitive aviation layouts
  • If your project needs only CAD details or installation guides, request the technical package at [email protected] instead of a full design consultation
  • State climate zone and certification pathway (LEED / WELL / BREEAM) in the first message so the correct practice lead responds within two business days

Studio visitors should allow forty-five minutes for security check-in at the Dallas headquarters during Monday–Friday 08:00–18:00 CT. Remote workshops use a shared BIM viewer so facade joint sequences, air permeability targets, and moisture vapor transmission paths can be marked live without shipping physical boards.
